What do you sell?
We primarily sell UK Below Market Value (BMV) property leads from motivated vendors (sellers). We don't sell or source off-plan deals or overseas investments.

How much does your service cost?
There are no monthly membership fees (unless you wish to join our VIP CLUB), and on the rare occasion that a Property Lead/Deal has a Finders Fee, this is clearly labelled. It costs nothing to join 24-7PropertyInvestment.com as a Property Investor.

Do you operate a minimum order policy?
No, you only pay for the leads you are interested in. You are free to purchase one or more deals whenever you wish.

Do you help me secure the deal?
No, you deal direct with the owner and negotiate your own deal. However we have links with several companies that offer Deal Closing Services or Training for negotiating your own property deals. Please take a look at our 24-7PropertyInvestment.com Investor Resources section for more information.

What if the details provided by 24-7PropertyInvestment.com prove to be incorrect?
Every lead is covered by our no quibble guarantee. If the information provided by the vendor is blatantly incorrect you can choose another lead at no extra cost to you.

How do I pay for the lead(s) I am interested in?
We offer a choice of payment options including Google Checkout (preferred), PayPal, or your credit card. Payment by credit card is operated by PayPal.

How to buy UK Property Leads

1. Register your details at 24-7PropertyInvestment.com by filling in our form on the right of this page. You must register before we can send you any property vendors details as there is sensitive information which will not be passed on to unknown third parties.

2. As soon as you have registered, you can view our property leads in our online shop. You can access the shop by clicking on the "Latest Property Deals" link at the top of this page.

3. When you find a lead you want to purchase, you simply add it to your cart and proceed to the checkout. You need to register once more at the checkout.

4. You have the choice of paying by PayPal or Credit Card. Both options are operated by Paypal and are totally secure (look out for the lock security icon appear on your browser).

5. When we have received receipt of your payment from PayPal, the property lead is removed immediately from the shop. We do not sell the same lead to multiple buyers.

6. We will email you all of the details supplied by the vendors promptly. At the same time we will send your contact details to the vendor so they will know to expect your call.
